I paid $120.00 plus $12.00 S.& H. to become a distinguished member of the International Society of Poetry in the first week of July, together with payment to attend their conference in Washington.
On arrival I asked for my benefit package which included various items including a membership pin 'crafted in gold' a 'plaque with a parchment certificate' etc.,and was told that it had been posted to my home address.
Today, nearly three months after the payment,I am still waiting for these benefits and reminders have been sent by post, as they never reply to e-mail, to no avail.
