Complaint Review: Poetry - The International Library Of Congress - Noble House Poetry

Well, about a year ago I submitted a few of my poems to poetry.com. A few months later I received a letter stating that After carefully reading and discussing your poem Alone our Selection Committee has certified your poem as a semi-finalist in our International Open Poetry Contest.

Then about a month after receiving that letter I received another letter stating that After carefully reading and discussing your poem Maybe our Selection Committee has certified your poem as a semi-finalist in our International Open Poetry Contest. It was signed by Howard Ely, Managing Editor.

Then I got a letter stating the following: I would like to inform you of your nomination as Poet of the year for 2003 and to personally invite you to read your poetry at the single largest gathering of poets in History, where you will be formally inducted as an International Poet of Merit and Honored Member of our Society for 2003. It was also signed by Howard Ely, Managing Editor.

Well, about two weeks ago I received a letter from Noble House Poetry stating that my poetry will be published in the United Kingdom.

Then today I received a letter from the Famous Poets Society. It looked a lot like the letter I recieved from the other people (stated above). It said 'Congratulations! After mindful consideration our judging committee has selected your poem as a semifinalist in our Free Poetry Contest'. And so on. It was signed 'Poetically yours,
Lavender Aurora, Poetry Editor'
