pogo.com they refuse to take money and put hold on account i can't get a respond from them. Internet

They had 2 week wee free membership deal. Well they put a hold credit card for $29.99 account. offer expire. now if I want to be a member i have to pay the i have to pay $39.99 now since offer expire but the still have hold on account for $29.99 and will not give me a refund. on My credit card I have pending charge of 29.99 that can not be took off and me credit card company can not get answers of out them when are holding it. been on hold for 3 week. so i wait 60 day before i can get a refund1 from credit card company.
