Pogo - EA ripoff of paying members Internet

I have been a yearly paying Club Pogo member since 07/2004.

Problem: They block paying members from playing. Get a message "server is broken or busy". Yet non-paying people get to play.

I have complained to their help line about this and I have on the customer satisfaction surveys complained about this. I also have complained to AOL as they highly reccommended this site.

They shoud be held accountable to their paying members.

I have no problems with Pogo.com. I have been a member since year of 2000 and love Pogo for all what they do. I have read complaints from AOL members who have joined Pogo through their website. I have also joined them using AOL and found that I pay less every year from individuals who acutally joined through Pogo.com. My recommendation is to join Pogo using AOL and then get DSL or Cable to access some of the games that don't support low tech interenet access using such as AOL. Pogo is a wonderful game site and I don't agree with most who have had experienced with bad connections. Of course sometimes Pogo does get too many members who are accessing their website and the site does sometimes become busy. But if you try again in a few hours you will notice that Pogo has rectified the problem and then everyone is on. Thats why they make temporary rooms so everyone can get on. If Pogo was so bad, why do they have thousands and thousands of members still accessing their website? Pogo rules here and if you have are having a problem, then go somewhere else, like Uproar or Yahoo. Don't try to make it bad for others.
