I am reporting Pogo Games for not paying out jackpots. I won the Spooky Slots game back in October 2007 and the jackpot spinner landed on jackpot and the whole thing just froze on jackpot, then finally I got a blank screen with nothing. The funny thing is the jackpot was still listed when I went back into the game. It does not do anygood to email customer support, you only get automated emails. I then sent them an email stating that I was gonna get a class action started, because I got onto the internet and found out I wasnt the only they refused to pay. I am finding out all kinds of things about them.
I have started a new MSN group devoted to getting names for a class action against them. It is called Cheated by Pogo. I have got a few names.

This is sickening. I have been a paying Club Pogo member now going on 5 years, and really never expected to win then one day I do, I find out they will not pay. I had the whole room jumping up and down for me. I couldn't believe that I actually hit the jackpot? Then, gloom and doom set in as the everyone told me in the room the jackpot was still climbing. I was flabbergasted to find this out. They were having alot of problems with this game anyway. I believe I was cheated out of this, and there is a lawyer I have contacted and he is willing to take the case if I can find more people and file a class action on this.

We pay these people good money to play their games. They boast they now have 1.5 million members. If you count that up at 39.99 a pop that is some serious money. That doesnt even include all the extras they sell either on there.

Buyer beware!
