I won't play pogo games high stakes pool anymore. Every 3 or 4 games, I lose because an error comes up that looks like a grey right click window and then the game freezes then I have to ctrl-alt-del to get out and I lose points just like I'd lost a game.

This happens regularly. I got one response from tech support telling me what to do about it. I've done everything including restoring my pc to factory condition! This also happened on 2 other pcs. A pc tech told me it's the game (pogo), not my pc.

They (electronic arts) do not seem to care. I've written them several times and got no response in over 3 weeks. I know I'll never pay to play their premium games or ever buy their software. It's ridiculous to have to constantly lose games because of a stupid error that won't stop! This has happened on 3 pcs over 4 yrs and continues to this day!

pogo games definitely doesnt care! i gave high stakes pool another try tonight. 2 of 4 games i lost because of that same error! still have heard nothing from their tech support. electronic arts will NEVER get a penny from me if this is how they are. their customer service stinks as well as their software!
