I have been a member of AOL for years and pogo games were "free". About a month ago AOL mwembers were given a 30 day "free" trail before thay HAD to go to pay pogo. I just went ahead and set up an acccount to pay POGO. Several games are not transferring the proper anount of tokens with several games.

I do not feel that this is proper business with no way to deal/ or have a customer service recourse.
I am also curious as to what kind if profit AOL is making now that AOL members must pay to play.
I think this has been a rip off!
Sincerely,

Veronica

I beleive that Aol is onley a partner with EA. From what I see Aol does not own pogo. I had problems with Aol also and left then in October. I recomend going to dsl are cable. I recomend going to the website directly at www.pogo.com. Also you might just click and go through internet explorer. I have no problem with the service. The cost is really not bad and you get to keep everything as if you were a AOL member. As for the idea Aol is making money on it, I am sure they may be. Aol does not care about the customer as you can see on here. They also use people from other countries and pay them very little money to handle the phone calls that come in.
