Complaint Review: Pogo

I have been a paying member of pogo for 1 year, and miracle of miracles, I actually won a $10 cash prize! Woo h*o!! Only problem is, according to them, I cheated. According to them, I was audited when I won & they came to the conclusion that I cheated. Now comes the hard part. Due to their privacy policy, they cannot tell me how I supposedly cheated. Good grief!! If this happens to everyone, it's no wonder they're still in business.
I was under the impression that I lived in the United States, where everyone has a chance to prove their innocence. Not so with pogo! They seem to think that they can accuse, and punish as they wish, with noone to stop them! At this point, all I want is to show them that they are not judge & jury (do I dare say God?). There has to be a way to put a stop to this!
