In early October 2018; While playing scrabble on my iphone a pop up offering a craft storage cabinet for $89.90. The larger cabinet was an additional $49. I always screen shot my online purchases. I new it was cheap and didn’t think to research this seller since it was with scrabble. My Mistake. I did get the company name from the demo video Dream ?
The original Scrap Box selling for $2300.00. Their cabinets included all of the boxes to fit and offered different colors. I’m thinking maybe they purchased closeout inventory. About a week ago another company popped up selling the same cabinet yet cheaper. Red flag! I proceeded to search for info on my end as well as whois.com etc.
Discovered via Forextrade Scam that poisly is a phishing scam ripping people off. That site has been shut down. I was relieved I only lost $138.90. I contacted the actual company informing them of my findings. They told me they have been working with Facebook to resolve the issue. I reminded them my purchase was through a game app. Both companys pirated the demo video as their own. The scam sites don’t appear to actually accept credit cards. It’s actually through paypal.
