Andy sold me a shower kit. When my contractor went to install it he found the product to be defective. I contacted Arman the manager to return it and he asked me to bring in the unit. When I brought it in, Andy explained that he sold me a Kia and I should have bought one of their more expensive (4 times more) pieces that he referred to as a Mercedes. He called me cheap. He sold me the piece in the first place. He took back the product but has not refunded my credit card.
