Polaroid Company Polaroid did not want to honor their warranty on their produst Minnetonka Minnesota

I purchased a Polaroid digital camera and after 7 months the flash unit stopped working. I went to their website,followed their instructions, and never heard a word back from them. You are suppose to send them a question via e-mail, I did that- no response. You can even check the status of your question through their website, after two weeks, they had not responded.

I called the customer service number, he gave me two addresses to write to and told me to go back to the website! That was alot of help. So then I emailed Dan Anderson, the director of ( wait for it --huge title- must be a very important person-LOL!!) Service Service,Quality and Logistics for the Consumer Electronics, Digital and Instant Products For Polaroid. Never got a response back.

Finally after numerous phone calls to any Polaroid Corp. phone number I could find, a service tech for their tv dept answered the phone, he was understanding and though he could not help me fix my camera, he was able to give me yet another phone number to try.

Finally after almost three weeks, I have an address to send my phone to. I am sending it to them for repair. My husband and I have placed a wager on the outcome. After what I hve been through just to get the address for repair, I think I may never see the camera again! I do know that with customer service like this--who needs enemies! I did not write the warranty-Polaroid did- now just honor it!
