I had one phone interview with this company and they said I will have a second physical in house interview as long as I provide them with my social security number. So I would have to give them my social security number to play around with prior to being hired or even meeting anybody on site. HR girl said we need your social to do background and credit check, but I clearly told her I am not an employee yet, and thats when she said its company policy you have to give your social security number to get an interview. This company just likes to collect strangers personal information and do god knows what with it.
