Police Auctions/Vortal Group Police Auctions of California sent wrong item-instead of sending the right item they refunded me instead----broken lantern -was told to pay my own postage to send back--kicked me off the website--cant see what I bid on and the status f the items--manager was very unwilling to cooperate Costa Mesa California
Hello all you unhappy customers of Police Auctions. I was totally happy until after the 20th item I bid on(purchased)they sent the wrong item. They paid the postage for the return, BUT, they were supposed to send me the right item instead they chose to give me a refund on a bidded item. After that I was delivered a broke lantern. I call and they tell me I have to pay the postage for the return of it, and they will send another one. I pay the postage when I bid, they mail the item and I receive it broke and I have to pay for the postage back.
There is no way just about everything they mail out to the bidder costs $12.95 either. Where does their profit end????????? We all must quit letting the name police auctions mislead us. For Rea! For Real! I was kicked off the website, unable to see the status of my bids and my purchased items. How right is this????? The manager did this because he had to mail me what they gave me a refund on, and it made him mad. (I had to pay for it of course, but he didn't want me to have it).

I said the manager gave in as was going to send me the right item. It arrived today and he sent back the same exact item I told him was the wrong item. Same box, same item. Anybody that reads this and still bids on police auctions(Costa Mesa) is really crazy. This is such a ripoff!!! I will report them to BBB, and I will go to the top of Vortal Company to have this manager repremanded

I was not kicked off Police Auctions. After trying 15 times, I then was able to get in.
