Hi,
First, I never received confirmation of my order and then over a month later money was taken out of my account as if the order existed. I emailed you asking for said confirmation, no reply.
Second, I received items on May 11th, with no packing slip. I researched my history to pull up what I wanted from this company and not to my surprise I found product missing from the order. The generic wrapping of the items allowed for damages to be done to the items during transit.
Lastly, I request a return shipping label from you so that the unfulfilled order is returned, I am demanding a full refund of monies. The product I received is not quality by any means and is extremely unsafe, I cannot believe this company would sell defective and unsafe products to the public under the guise of "police supply." That is fraud, pure and simple. Now that I know how this company operates I will be informing everyone I can about this sham.

If you would like a refund of funds you will need to return the product in original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the return.
A deal with thousands of customers a month. There is and will always be a few bad apples. I know I ship product.
I do not rip people off.

I do not care how many customers you deal with a month, I am sure they do not like to deal with you as you have shown you are not focused on customer service or in any way capable of making a decision to make sure you right a wrong. Bad business Kreshia.
Please give me a contact number for your manager, I am also reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and will be posting this email you sent me on the internet where ever I can to let people know not only is this company a rip off but this email you sent proves you do not care about the customer, it also reveals you are overwhelmed with the amount of customers you have a month and it is clear you cannot handle it making it all the more possible to ship bad product, missing product and provide horrible customer service.
