Amy Bjerknes of Police Test Tutor is accusing us of copywrite infringement in an attempt to shut down our viable business in a competitive space. We purchased the Ontario course from amy bjerknes of Police Test Tutor www.policetesttutor.com late November of 2015 and amy bjerknes is now accusing us of copywrite infringement and has had lawyers write to our company advising us of the same. There is no merit to her allegations other than a corrected error on our website that was put online by one of our many developers inadvertently (which has now been corrected with the proper material) and her lawyers will not substantiate the reason for her claim by providing evidence of apparent "PATI test question" infringements in writing. Further to that, amy bjerknes and Police Test Tutor allege that we've 'stolen' a Travel Map from her when our team has created the material from scratch, it is better than hers, nicer looking and significantly improved upon and it is not therefore a protected idea. Further to that the design is not unique and is widely adopted by colleges and universities as well as used in books and other test prep material for the same test, including the Ministry of Ontario Corrections own test guide. In bad faith, she is exercising her power and consulting various Police agencies within Canada slandering and defaming my personal name and company. In bad faith, she has willfully omitted substantiating her claims with her legal counsel (because none are viable) so that we may understand where her allegation stems from in an attempt to shut down a perfectly legal and viable competitive business. In bad faith, she has threatened litigation but does not substantiate the merit behind any of her claims and her legal counsel doesn't professionally respond to our reasonable request for the same.

We are in discussions with litigation counsel at this time for a potential claim under the liable and slander act of Ontario and do not require the assistance of the business, amy bjerknes, or RipOffReport.com. We do not require even a reply. This report is to merely warn the public of amy bjerknes and Police Test Tutor's bad faith business practices.
