I used the internet to order when the product never came I called Mary. she advised they had shipped it and it was returned from the boarder (I live in Canada) and they sometimes have problems with customs and they would reship it. I got the shipping method UPS Canada but no tracking number ever came no product ever came either.
I have spoke with Mary, Ray and some other guy I have been nice to them and they were never rude to me but they lie through their teeth and I'll bet they are giving me the finger as they are talking to me.
Anyway this is the first time I have been ripped off on a internet purchase and it's not a nice feeling.
How can this company be stopped?
