Policesupplyonline.com Kreshia Thompson Rip-off fraud Thief Bonham Texas
This so called company is a complete unprofessional scam, they are frauds and thieves and should be shut down. I ordered an item from them on 2/7/09 and bought First class postage. I received the item 10 days later I live in Oklahoma they live in Texas) upon inspecting the item I see that it is the wrong item, I payed $14.00 extra to receive a particular thing and got a much cheaper quality item. So I send them an email (2/18/09) about the matter her response is "I apologize for the trouble..... I am not sure about this. I will have to check on it for you. Just return the item to my po box below. I will have your money refunded."
I sent her another email on 2/23/09 with some important questions (at that time I had ask if I could just have the correct item sent to me). I wait for a response and after 6 days of nothing I send another email, this time I get the following response on (2/24/09) "I did respond to your previous message. Please confirm you get this.... and I will resend the order info." I can assure you she DID NOT send a response. So I once again respond to her (as she had ask) and still no response, so after 3-4 days I contact Yahoo Shopping.
I finally get a response from this Kreshia person on 3/01/09 I get another response from her "Please return this to my po box below. I will have your funds returned to the cc." Still as you can see, very short and snippy responses and STILL not answering any of my questions.
So I send this back to her PO box on 3/3/09 via priority mail with delivery confirmation (I have ALL documents to back me on EVERY single thing regarding this transaction ie emails, shipping receipts, invoices and even photos of the item she send me). I have checked the delivery confirmation number and see that it arrived to her on 3/05/09 and a notice was left for her, it is now 3/11/09 and she still has yet to pick this up from the post office or refund my money.
If you will check the website is says "Police Supply Online is now devoted more then ever to your Customer Service Needs. Email below for a quick repsonse." however this is a LIE they are totally false advertising. Also there is a staement on the website which states the following "The software that generate our shipping charges is an approximate weight and although the charges are very accuate, the shipping charges may vary a few dollars either plus or minus depending on the weight and zip code that we ship to. The shipping and handling charges are just that, the weight of the box, the cost of the container and the entire shipping process, that the buyer pays for." This is a complete LIE and a huge joke.
I paid $7.95 for First class shipping, it arrived in a simple envelope with no padding or bubble wrap, it was just tossed in carelessly and unprotected. I do a lot of shipping myself and I know how much postage costs, this item weighed less than 6 ounces!!!!! For unprotected first class mail of a 6 ounce item the cost should have been less than $4.00, plus shipping time on that is 2 days, I waited 10!!
These people are a joke, they are totally unprofessional and apparently uneducated. This was a simple thing to resolve and she acted as if it were brain surgery. And apparently she does not know how to answer simple questions or pick an item up at the post office. If they can not handle it then stop selling stuff online.
And who is this Bev Nofstger that is on the shipping label??? Where is she? Maybe she would be more adequate than this Kreshia person.
I intend on contacting the authorities in Texas on this matter if I do not get the price of the item refunded and the price it cost me to mail it back to her, a professional would have sent a postage paid envelope to me to send this back. I do not care WHO they are or What they do, this is ILLEGAL and something can be done and I intend on doing it.
Yahoo shopping as urged me to report them to: http://www.ic3.gov/, http://www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect, http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/complaint.htm as well as http://www.fraud.org/welcome.htm and my local authorities.
I urge anyone and everyone who has been scammed, frauded and ripped-off by this company to contact the above agencies as well as the District Attorney in Texas where the people live.
They are THIEVES and should be stopped.
