poly warranty group, Allen Roth, Lowes Will not honor artificial christmas tree warranty. After 8th months and one time used. Faulty lights to sat my house on fire. They want me to restring lights on the tree Shreveport "Internet"

 I purchased an Allen-Roth 7.5 feet Christmas tree November 2014. This fall (October), I was cleaning out the closet and decided to set up the tree. I have had problems with artificial trees in the past. The only lights that work was one or two strings on the bottom section. I called Allen-Roth whom gave me Lowes (tree was purchased from Lowes) phone number. I called Lowes who gave me Poly warranty group phone number. I spoke to customer service the first of October and told them about the faulty tree and that I was afraid it would sat my house on fire due to faulty lighting. He said our trees are flame retardant. I said but my home is not flame retardant. He said we can't replace a tree but we will send you lights to replace on the tree. This tree has over 900 lights and replace the center section of the tree. I week later, I received a box of 5 sets of lights no clips to attach them or instructions. Call customer again, they told me that it was very easy to string the likes as if I am stupid (I hold masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner). So then I was told to go to the website and get the instructors. As of November 2, still has not received center section which is on backorder and they don't know when it will be available because they can't contact the warehouse but I should receive it before Christmas. So only two strings of lights work on a 900 light tree which has a 2 year warranty never specifying what the warranty covers until there's a problem. Now the warranty covers part for part which none of the parts work so should I not receive another tree. The company supervisor says no we can't do that but you will get the parts before Christmas. So I guess I suppose to wait to receive it whenever since I haven't received parts that wasn't on backorder which was supposed to be shipped 2 weeks ago using FedEx but states she don't have a tracking number.
