I purchased a polygroup above ground pool.  As soon as I put the water in it which I had to pay to have delivered.  The legs bent.  I have been calling every two days  and have been  told that the parts have not arrived yet.  I now have a pool which I can't used and  I am being told after staying on hold for almost 40 to 50 minutes every time I call that they are still waiting for the parts. 

I have asked for a voucher so I can get a replacement pool and I am being told that they cant do that.  I spent over $650.00 for a pool which I can't used  anfd this company does not seem to care.

This is very unfair because they are not honoring the warranty that comes with the pool.
