Polygroup Limited (MCO) Summer Escapes Pool pum went in less than 6 weeks. Warranty good for 90 days, but cannot get anyone to pick up at C/S # 1-888-919-0070. Centro Golden Dragon, Nationwide
I have been trying for over a week (7/02/12), to get a hold of someone at Polygroup (phone # 1-888-919-0070). You call the number and either get hung up on by the automated service or left in queue to hold for hours with no answer. The message tells you they are open, but "experiancing heavier then normal hold times". I wonder why? There is no e-mail address listed on the website: www.polygroup.com or in the Instruction Manual. The address is in another country (Macau). My pool pump went over a week ago. The pump has been an issue since the second week. It would get very hot to the tough and go off. This last time it got very hot and then just went off. My husband has tried everything to get it to work again with no success. I purchased the pool from Walmart on 5/20/12 (12x36 Summer Escapes pool) for $149.00 plus tax. It has a 90 days from the date of purchase Limited Warranty. The product # is P201236. I'm asking for someone to contact me from the company ASAP to honor the warranty or I will be requesting my money back. I have kids that would love to use the pool, but it is cloudy and not sanitary for them to swin in it. I have had to drain the pool water 2x now and refuse to keep doing it, as my water bill is being drastically impacted.
