I purchased a 10' Summer Waves Pool by Polygroup at Walmart on June 2, 2018. I brought it home and set up the pool because I was having a visitor with her children and wanted some "Summer wave" fun. What a nightmare with Polygroup!!!!

After getting it set up with over 2,200 gal of water that I have to pay water and increased sewer fees on, I tried to use the pump. On the phone with the warranty "help" they told me that it was a defective pump. OK well then he said "Cut the cord, take a picture of it being cut and discard the pump unit, and then send us a copy of that along with the receipt". I did that. They said it would be 10 business days before I got the pump.

A pump arrived and it was the wrong pump!!! I called them a couple of days ago and they said that they would have a manager call me back. No call back happened. Then today I called again and they said that they would have to talk to a manager. Alright...That is fine, but I waited for a half hour for them to talk. I said also to them that I threw away as stated by their representative the outer shell of the pump because he told me to. Then they said, Well if you did that then you have to pay for it! Really? WOW.

I called Walmart and they said that all of their pools are sold but that they would have a customer service person call back. No call back from either Polygroup or Walmart. I guess I have to sue them both.

So now I have a murky pool with no pump, my guests are leaving after not enjoying the pool and no one is helping me!
