Complaint Review: Pompano Fitness Center

Pompano Fitness Center I joined in 9/2011, for a trial month to month membership. They immediatly began triple charging my credit card each month, no matter how many times I pointed it out. I ended the contract in December, after the 9th charge had gone through. They seemed apologetic, yet 6 months later they billed me for $600, which is now on my credit report. It seemed to be a very clear set-up, either to bill as much $ as the unsuspecting member can forgive, or charge them to keep their credit clean! I am so amazed that this place is still open. None of their instructors are cerified ,because they don't pay them regularily Pompano Beach Florida

I joined Pompano Fitness in 9/2011 with my 10 year old child, for a momth to month "trial". My credit card was charged 3 times for each of us for the 3 months that we remained there.  I ended my contract due to there faulty bookeeping methods, in December, 2011.  The manager was apologetic (it seemed).  6 months later I recieved a bill for $602 from them (no reason).  I took my paperwork back to them and got another apology.  This happened twice.

It is now on my credit report.

I want to mention that I am a fitness proff.  i am aware that they do not use certified instructors, because they do not pay regularly.
