Bought a pair of diamond earrings.  One diamond had a clear black dot right in the center and the screw backs that I paid extra for slid on and off like they were made for a bigger pair of earrings.  Customer service told me to return them and told me I had to pay for the shipping to return them.  I cannot believe they can stay in business sending this kind of product to people and the customer service is awful.
