Complaint Review: pony power sports

I called pony power sports because i was interested in a 2006 harley davidson vrscr motorcycle i talked to a sales guy on the phone and told him that i was willing to pay the sticker price on the bike if they would cover tax title and everything i told him i would put 4000 down on the bike he agreed financing was approved on the bike so we drove 3 hrs to go pick it up the guy i talked to on the phone was not there so i did the paper work with the sales manager eric well 3 mo later my bike is sitting in the garage cant use it because they havent paid taxes they want me to do it which is 650.00 this place is a rip off im from kentucky there in ohio and they are telling me they cant pay kentucky taxes. Really ive bought alot of cars out of state that paid taxes why are you so special.
