The Jacuzzi brand they sell is owned by Apollo Management per Wikipedia and is not affiliated with the orginal Jacuzzi company founded in 1915. The original Jacuzzi company, owned by the Jacuzzi family, has not been in business since 1979. The Jacuzzi name is a trademark now owned by Apollo. Apollo also owns Sundance Spas, Dimension One Spas and Thermo Spas all of which are made in the same manufacturing plant in Mexico.
