Pool Deals.com Owner told me "GO F**** Yourself" Grand Island New York
I purchased a Ray-Maxx solar cover with a 5year warranty from pooldeals.com in 2013 the cover is now falling apart. I contacted pooldeals on 2 seperate occasions and the sales department keeps transfering me to customer service which you can not talk to anyone you have to leave a message with your email address because that is the only way of contact.
So with no contact i called back to the sales department and talked to a salesman and explained to him what was going on. He then explained to me that their was a warranty card that came with the solar cover and that is my warranty. I told him it did not come with a warranty card and if it had i would have kept it in my file because it had a 5 year warranty.
After going back and fourth about this warranty card that i never recieved i said to him. I have a reciept from you and obviously you do not want to help me so do you have a contact number to the company so i can contact there customer service? he replies sarcastically your warranty info was sent to you with the solar cover. I said to him can i please talk to a manager, he says to me "i'm the Owner."
So long story short i told him this is the worst customer service i have ever had and how can he still be in buisness treating his customers this way. Not even willing to help. his words to me were "Go F*** Yourself" real nice coming from the owner Unbelievable!
I have never written a review ever! but i couldn't let this happen to someone else. but in doing this i have read several complaints for the same thing IDENTICALLY the same! My fault i should have read reviews of this buisness because they are all bad!
In the rippoff report someone posted that they found a company that might take care of the pool cover so that is my next step hopefully it gets resolved.
