Pool Deals.com, What can I say other than this outfit is scamming people, providing a pool cover product that was NOT any deal as I am finding out..  The cover I purchased is the Ray-Maxx "Gold" series..  It is warranteed for 5 years I think, it lasted one season, delaminated, leaked, pieces flaked off and the cover became a $275.00 doorstop.  The cover is so full of water that it is very hard to roll up it is so heavy.. Last season it worked great.. Pool was maintained at around 90 deg all summer..

Now I attempted to get the cover warranteed by Pool-Deals.com who is the "Authorized" retailer for Ray-Maxx. I was told to find my paperwork and contact the maniufacturer. When I asked the "Authorized" dealer to provide the contact for the manufacturer I was told they dont have that information since I did not pay the additional fee of $1.99 to have them save it.  What a scam, they know what they sold me but they insist on playing dumb.  Please please do not have business dealings with this company.... You will regret it eventually..
