Pool Deals Defective Ray-Maxx Solar Pool Cover Grand Island Nationwide
Purchased a Solar Pool Cover from Pool Deals on 6-25-13 it is now falling apart, it was a 12 guage(thick) blue/black cover. Now that it is falling apart Pool Deals says its not their warranty and that I need to contact the company that made it, but yet the company cant be found and they wont give me contact info for them either. This is wrong on so many levels, I paid for this and it came with a 4 year warranty, hello help a customer out! Wont be shopping with them ever again, bad products adn terrible customer service!
