Complaint Review: POOL SHARKS / PENNY JONES & SCOTT JONES

Pool Sharks of San Antonio Penny and Scott where hired on the basis that they are honest and professional but when called to start the job on Friday 4-27-2012 @ 10am as confirmed, they are no where to be found. I had given them my had earned / saved money (300.00 down payment) for the start of wich I thought was going to be a fun filled summer for my young girls & boys.  But, little did I know that they had already done this fraudulent act on several other hard working people!

On that day of 4-27-2012, I called / texted these individuals repeatedly through-out the day, starting at 10am. Then 11am, then 12pm, and so on and so on..... Finally , I received a text from Penny Jones stating that there was a family emergency and that she had been at the hospital and she really couldnt think / care about anything.. . .

After this text from her, she did not contact me until Monday, 4-30-2012 @ 1:02pm, in the afternoon. At this point, I was very upset and demanded that my family was refunded the 300.00 dollars that I gave her and her "Husband". She claimed that "I" was in breach of contract, because I wanted my families money back. I then explained that I would have to call her back because I was at work. She asked " What time should I expect your call to esiolve this matter?" , I responded to her, "In a few hours" I contacted Ms. Jones a few hours later and left a message for her to call me back.

As of now, 5-1-2012 6:06pm, I have not heard from her and my little ones do not have a pool to swim in...
Do not hire these individuals to do ANY  type of work for you .!!!!

You will regret it !!!!
