Complaint Review: Pool Store and More IMG Dist.. Inc.

On April 26, 2022 I ordered a swimming pool kit from The Pool Store and More online.   Once I placed my order I recived a phone call from the sales manager telling me that what I ordered on line was showing the wrong price, that the website had not been updated and it was going to cost me 40% more than what was shown.  Once I agreed to the higher price I was emailed an agreement and a link so that I could pay the $5,000.00 down payment and was told that my pool would be delivered in 6-8 weeks and the balance of the pool would be due when it was delivered to me.

I ordered the Admirals Walk above ground pool 16x32 and the website showed it to cost 1$5,300.00 , once they told me that it was going to cost 40% more then the price became $19,700.00.  On April 29, 2022 I recieved the email wiht the agreement and a link to do an online check for the $5,000.00, check number 1495 wnnt through May 02, 2022.  I was patient for the 8 weeks and when I had not recived my pool I called to check and was given an excuse about a problem with the deck rails.  I have called them several times and always been given an excuse, then the 800 number listed on the website was disconnected, I still continue to leave messages on the cell numbers I had for them and send emails but they no longer respond at all.
