This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, After 6 business days of Our order still sitting with a waiting to be shipped status I decided to call and see what was going on, (Our order confirmation stated order would ship 1-3 b days) I couldn't reach anyone, So I left a message, they were quick to respond by Email, stated the order was shipping direct from factory. After 10 business days and still nothing I tried calling again.. Still couldn't reach anyone, Sent an Email- No Repsponse 
Called Back Again and after pushing random extention numbers I did reach someone in SALES.. Said it wasn't his job but would try and help.. He came back only to say order was cancelled.. When I asked why and why I havent heard anything he stated I DONT NEED TO TAKE THIS SH** and hung up.. I tried there instant message system "Roxy" wrote the order was cancelled because they hadn't heard from factory. I asked what do we do now? re-order? do you have other pumps?.. I didn't get a response they logged me off.. I logged on again asked why they were still running an add for something they can't produce and if this was a come on add... I got logged off and they locked me out of the site.. I wish I had read all the complaints about this company first.. seems this is how they do business
