I too was double charged for a pool liner that I ordered off line from pooldeals.com/DPD pools. I ordered it back in June I got the liner in 5 days but was double charged. I contacted the company by email and got a response, Mr. Goss stated that I was double charged for the liner and that the money would be refunded to my account within 2 days. Like I said that was back in June and I have yet to see the refund.

I filed a Complaint with the BBB and he told them that I had been taking care of so they told me to give him a few days before I responded and that was on Auguest 6th, well today I sent a reply email lettting the BBB know that he lied once again because the money has not be refunded to my account. They told me the next step would be for me to take him to court.

I faxed his response from the BBB to him today, and once again I will wait to see if he is going to take care of the problem. I wish I had checked this website first!! You can believe I will be looking on here before I EVER order anything else offline again.

I made a $257.99 mistake... But I will say this, I will not stop contacting who ever until I get my money back and till he is OUT OF COMMISSION!!!!

I got a response from Goss himself, but it was just more lies

I took a chance and emailed Charlie Goss today I sent like 5 emails back to back, and got a response. Of course it was just another lie. He states that he did refund me on 8/14/07 however he told the BBB on 8/6/07 that I had been taken care of, my bank card was canceled on 7/31/07 due to the dispute but yet he says he still refunded me... Yet he can't provide anything saying he did this. I called the bank to make sure I was right and they informed me that he could not use the same card to credit the money that he would have got a reject message but yet he still says I got my money back.. What a loser!!! But I'm not giving up, I will get my money back!!!!! I will keep you posted..
