I ordered a safety pool cover, size 18x36, wanting a TRUE size 18x36. Paid over $500 for it. Upon installation, this pool cover was way too big. I emailed for an exchange, and have now had over 10 emails stating how I am trying to rip this company off, they do not do exchanges, and I'm a scam artist! Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
