William Poole is an 'Unlicensed' construction contractor from Texas. I hired him on by word of mouth and paid for his relocation to Georgia for the completion of my house renovation.
I was deployed to Afghanistan and requested weekly reports on the projects to be renovated. He failed to provide reports or pictures of work completed in a timely manner and/or not at all. It wasn't until my return did I discover the poor construction work, faulty electical, plumbing installs and falsified construction costs. Kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed by another company.
Mr Poole resigned from the project prior to my return from the states leaving exposed electrical wires, incomplete projects and then later filed a fictious invoice for work never completed with the county court system. Mr Poole can not be located at the address or email provided to address the Countersuit filed at this time. Beware of this contractor...
