I recently had a pool installed by Pools by Greg. It was the biggest mistake I ever made. After signing a contract I caught my sales person in several lies, expecially about the permit, which took forever. I let the matter go and waited for my pool to begin. When their crew showed up to start my pool with no notice I couldn't believe it they were like bumbling idiots. Come to find out they had the wrong pool plan, my pool was supposed to be flipped like the issued permit showed.
Later on I caught them smoking marijuana. When I reported the incident to their office I was told Mr. Wix (the owner) would call. When I finally received a call back they assured me I was mistaken., but I know what I saw and smelled. Other mistakes were made due to lack of supervision.
Do not buy a pool from them. Their workers and management were all unprofessional and seemed inexperienced and obviously not drug free, which caused me to be uneasy having them in my yard especially when I was not home. I still have problems with my pool leaking and the pump's electrical system not working right.

The bluprint that is used to construct a clients' swimming pool is a "sealed, signed" (by the client) plan from a licensed engineer. We could not have the wrong blue print at the jobsite.
The workers that are employed at Pools By Greg, Inc. have been here for years and are complimented by many of our clients at the wonderful job that they do and the knowledge that they have.
That's why this company has been in business for 34 years and still going strong. We have always had a great reputation.
One of the reasons this client has complained is they wanted more than they paid for, we have met our contract and more.
They have a beautiful pool they are using but we have to draw the line when they continue to want more than their contract called for.
