pools plus of the carolinas/843-293-7946 murray willis, breach contract,left pool unsecured during construction and 3 yr old fell in had to be rushed to hospital,unsatisfactory work,started pool in oct 2010 still not complete as of july 9,2011does not retu myrtle beach, South Carolina
to begin with i signed contract oct1,2010.Pool was not installed in time frame according to contract nor was the concrete.concrete was poured dec.18,2010 approx. two months after pool in the ground suppose to have been 21 days within.Took down my fence and left it down broke hinges on fence then they did not secure the hole or the pool during construction left pool filled with black water for4 months my 3yr old fell in and almost drowned had to rush to hospital. iI told them about it and still they did not secure the area.
Finally after threatening to sue they came out in march and did alittle work then dissapeared again.I gave them 4 wks then called again their excuse oh we've been busy we'll get out there.It's july 9,2011 and still no call and pool incomplete although murray called for final inspection without my knowledge.Tile unfinished on the spa,cracks in pool,lights messed up supposedly under warranty. paint running down and all over tile installed,broken plastic drain installed at end of concrete,Paint from spa on concrete,concrete all over my pavers,pump system not sufficient for my size pool, no way to back wash,child proof fencing half of it installed upside down and cracked caps on poles.
Backed out on original agreement on fencing oh he conveniently doesnt recall the conversation.How unprofessional is it to go by acustomers house and tell them you're going to canada for christmas and could he get a couple hundred i gave him 500.00 not to mention hanging out at my house for hours or two inside,and trying to get me to meet him for lunch or a drink.All in all the worst business iv'e ever dealt with and believe me i will let everyone know how very unprofessional, incompetent ,lying and just down right rippoffs.Oh i think we're going to stand out on hwy.17 and protest not to mention contacting sun news and let them know how this company took advantage of a single mom with 5 kids.
