Complaint Review: PoolZone.com

I ordered a pool liner.  The pool liner I received was the wrong size.  I contacted them immediately and informed them of this.  They were very rude and very unprofessional.  Quit communicating with me at first when I informed them that I did not want the correct one shipped and that I just wanted my money refunded and for them to pick up the incorrect liner.  Up to this point all of the communication was done via online messaging.  I called the company directly the following day and spoke to a man by the name of Clark.  He refused to let me speak.  Told me he did not care what I had to say.  Told me that I needed to wait until I was notified with a pick up date and that my refund would not be issued until they received the item back.  He then hung up on me and blocked the phone number I was calling from so that I could not call back.  I then used my cell phone to call and spoke to a girl by the name of Jamie.  She at least took the time to  listen to me, but then told me the same thing and hung up on me.  The guy that I have been communicating with via online messaging is named Reggie Anderson.  He, too, has been very rude and refuses to give me a pick up date.  He told me I needed to leave my package on my front porch and that a FedEx driver would pick it up in 1 to 4 business days.  This pool liner weighs about 100lbs.  And FedEx is not giving him a time frame.  He knows when the scheduled pick up date is and is refusing to share that information.  This company is horrible.  Absolutely no customer service.  In hindsite I have found numerous complaints about this company all with the same issues.  This company should be shut down.  The business practices are unethical and take advantage of the consumer.  I do not recommend that you order anything from this company unless  you enjoy being given the run around and like being taken advantage of.  Buyers Beware!
