I had ordered from Pop Grab back in April, knowing it may be a while before I would get my product, but to my surprise, in just a couple days, I got an email with a tracking number. The tracking number led me to a "it's not in the system" alert, but I wasn't too worried-just figured it would be sent soon.

Nope. I emailed and got a bounce back a couple days later that their email wasn't even working/couldn't be delivered. When I went to the website-it's gone. Gone. No refund, no explanation, nothing. They took my money and closed up shop.
