Popular Necklace refuse to refund for their mistake Internet

After waiting a month for my neckalce to be delivered, (after the company took my money within 24 hours) I finally recieved a necklace, with the personalized picture so dark you cannot even see it. After contacting the company for a refund 3 times, I finally recieved an email stating that if I wanted to have it fixed, I had to pay more money and they would fix it. I explained I want a refund, and recieved another email stating I had to pay to return the product and they would compensate me $5.00 for the $40.00 purchase. I again told them no, that is not ok, and said in the email I would be reporting the company.
