Porntube Site - Web Entertainment Group - J. Scorick CEO Fraud Secret Billing Irvine California
I wish I'd heard of this site earlier today. I filled out the info for Porntube's "free" membership. It also asked if I wanted to join extra sites but made no mention of extra costs, oddly not even a streaming rate to view videos.
I explored the site, watching pieces of videos but got worried that their was no warning of streaming cost, the videos just magically played. Suspecting extra costs, I cancelled my membership and found I was given "trial" renewing memberships that would auto renew!
So I canceled the $43.17 renewing membership in xxxpornmoviecinema and the $43.17 xpass cost and the $49.47 renewing monthly Pornotube "videofly" membership. I have no idea what most of this stuff is. But if almost $150 for a free membership every month isn't Fraud I don't know what is.
I also called their grossly misnamed "customer service" line and listened to it ring at the height of the business day for 25 minutes! It seems customer services doesn't matter enough to them to buy an answering machine.
It's unfortunate, the videos were good quality though they played haltingly at full screen. these guys want your money and aren't afraid to lie to get it.

This is happening everywhere! You can get good Adult Internet access without the worries of your credit card being billed over and over. I was a victim of fraud in the past. Please check out my website (((ROR REDACTED)))
There are ways to have the intertainment you want without the hassels. The companies who steal money from hard working people are scum bags!!!

After sending Porntube an e-mail regarding my concerns and filling out my earlier report, I contacted the Billing Agency webjtcharge.com
Though they couldn't speak to the xxxpornmovievcinema.com and xpass charge, they did explain that reading the terms and conditions of service is very important for these sites. The lifetime membership, which allows you to log in to the site and use the videos is free. But the actual viewing of videos is charged by the month at $49.47. Viewing your first activates that charge immediately and pays for the next month of viewing as near as I can tell. I had assumed they would ask me to add money before viewing and give me an up front charge before playing.
So, if I spent only the twenty minutes I viewed the site for or hundreds of minutes over a month they would all be the same price. The person on the phone could see I hadn't stayed long and generously refunded the entire $49.47. the other costs were two $1 3-day trials before the higher cost kicked in and hopefully I have cancelled them early enough. I'll be back with another udate if they don't.
I guess the lesson is always look for the terms and conditions.
