Complaint Review: Port orchard police dept.

This is a true account of what happend to me when i had to use the services of the port orchard police dept. Involved in an accident or i was avoiding one is what happend, traveling west on a road in port orchard wa. I had a driver who was turning left to travel west also when they pulled out in front of me i had to swerve and slam on brakes to avoid a collision when i did that sent me into a ditch avoiding a near fatal accident, the driver who pulled out in front of me left the scene but returned about 10 min later and admitted to me and another witness that it was his fault and he was sorry , the police were called and showed up and proceeded to seperate the driver who caused the accident and talk to both of us seperately, there were 2 officers at the scene, what happens next is while i am talking to officer lynch another accident happens in front of us ,so those drivers pull off to the side to wait . Officer lynch proceeds to call a tow truck to remove my car from the ditch, i told officer lynch that i had AAA auto service and they were sending a tow truck to tow my car so they would not have to officer lynch then proceeded to write me a traffic citation and then said he was impounding my car for driving with a suspended license , he was not there when the accident happend,

officer lynch never once said to me anything about the accident nor did he give me any information about the driver who admitted the accident was his fault, no name, no ins. Co. Name, nothing . The tow truck officer lynch called was there in 8 to 10 min to tow my car when AAA. Was 10 to 20 min away on the way to get my car . When i asked what was going on i was told im free to go ,as they had another accident that they were taking care of. I was confused but did as i was told i talked to the witness got all her info and then left, the next day when i tried to get the police report i was told that there was no accident report?, so that being said i went online and filed my own accident report with washington state patrol. After 5 days later officer lynch filed his accident report. When i saw what he had written i almost could not believe it, officer lynch had said the accident was a single vehicle accident and i was speeding and lost control sending me into the ditch from the lenth of skid marks i left on the road he had implied i was going to fast , i was not, he measured the skid marks and added 20 or 30 ft to make it appear that way ,

never was the other driver implicated by officer lynch other than to list his name as a witness to the accident?. The report officer lynch wrote was a complete lie, made up, not something i would or anyone else expect from an officer of the law someone whose job is to protect and to serve the public to do?, so after all of this i went to try to get my car from sw towing in port orchard not more than 3 or 4 hours after the accident on that day and was told i would have to pay at least 400 dollars to get it and storage charges would be added for every day past the day of the accident that i left it there. I was floored that this could even be happening and i found out the name of the other driver and filed a small claims case , when after all this my day in court came and i won , the judge ruled the accident was the other drivers fault and he was responsible for causing it because i already owned the road in other words i was traveling west and he was turning left from a northbound direction , you must yield to oncoming traffic . Now i know that and i am sure that an officer of the law knows that so why was i denied justice that day? Not to mention why i do not have my car back ? Because sk towing of port orchard wants ten thousand dollars for storage!!!, what is wrong with all of this? I want to know what kind of injustice system do they have in port orchard washington ? I think i will ask the washington Aclu. maybe i can get some answers from them?. port orchard police and officer lynch
