They Claim to be a non for profit, however do not provide any recent financials. They've raised their fee's every season. The adminstrative fee's are ridicuolous, the organization has a town field which they pay pennies to use and prob write off in taxes (would love to see their finiacials).
The coaches are all volunteers (parents) but the fee calls for paying instructors. They are profiting off kids who want to play sports with their town friends. If you go to neighboring affluent towns, the cost to play sports is half the price.
