In searching for an Ebay seller that could supply quantity sales, wirelessdirect2u on ebay agreed to sell ten(10) cellular phone headsets for a set price. The instructions were to buy one headset and then receive directions to obtain and pay for the other nine. I paid for the order as per instructions contingent upon wirelessdirect2u sending the other nine headsets.

This was a fraudulent transaction as wirelessdirect2u baited me to buy something KNOWING they would not do the rest of the deal. The numerous followup emails to seller trying to amicably resolve this disagreement were not answered, phone number for ebay seller is not answered, Seller simply defrauded me by saying I could buy ten headsets for $90 total and then tricked me by saying to buy one headset then follow instructions to get the other nine. By their actions, they showed they never intended to sell the other nine headsets.

This qualifies as a fraudulent transaction by wirelessdirect2u@Ebay through portableport.com and One Source Cellular (all of which are at the same Brooklyn Address) baiting for one deal and switching to another deal with intent. They had numerous options to resolve the sale before any negative info was reported. They chose to intentionally fail in delivering as they promised.

The customer (complainant) wanted to purchase 10 headset and pay for shipping only once. The customer was instructed to purchase the headsets and we would reimburse them for the shipping charges. The customer purchased only one headset and the headset was shipped. The customer then complained that we only shipped one headset and they wanted 10. We told the customer that we would be willing to sell the customer the rest of the headset at the price that he wanted to pay and ship them FREE of freight (so that he would not pay a penny more then he wanted to pay originally). The customer never responded to our offer to correct the misunderstanding. We have tried to contact this customer many times but he has not responded. If you know this person please ask him to contact us. Thank you.
