PortaTech Paid Expidite Fee for shipping my order within 24 hours and it took 5 days 120 hours Internet, California

Terrible customer service. I ordered RAM and paid their expedite fee and for two day shipping. That was on the 4th they processed the order the following Monday the 6th. I called their (800) 487-1327 and spoke with the same woman that answers the phone every time. She informed me that they hadn't shipped my order yet still processing orders from the weekend but i would have it in 2 to 3 days if i took off my 2 day shipping and went with standard shipping. I then told her I may cancel my order because I need RAM now but will call back later. I called back 1 hour later and asked for them to ship it asap she said ok. It is now Monday the 13th still don't have my RAM and it was shipped on the 10th. I called and spoke with the same woman today that said i would have it in 2-3 days last Tuesday, and she informed me that that RAM is special order but they could refund my expedite fee. (Which is supposed to have your order shipped within 24 hours) No refund on the shipping because that is how they shipped it. I was refunded my expedite fee but I think people should order from a different company even if their have good prices they have to order when you order. No good waste of time and money.


I'm Not a pissed of kid that cant play his game i use my computers for work and cant do my websites because my computers ram is no good. Thanks Porta Tech you are now infringing on my income.
