PortaTech Advertised one CPU clock speed and sent me a different one
I ordered a MB / CPU Combo w/ Intel Core (Socket 1151)
w/ Intel Core i7-8700 (6 Core 12 Thread @ 4.6GHz - Intel HD630 GPU)
Gigabyte B360M-DS3H
When I install the motherboard and started my pc it was only reading the CPU at 3.2Ghz when I emailed them the customer service rep gave me a outrageous excuse why it reads that.
