Complaint Review: Portfolio Collections Associated Inc.

They constantly call me over a debt I never owed. I have always payed my debts. They are rude on the phone and call at inconvient times and do not reveal who they represent, trying to trick me into giving out information. I have told them multiple times that they have the wrong person, I do not owe any debt, and I will not give out my information over the phone to someone who won't tell me who they are.

I have tried blocking numbers they call from, but they call from different ones. It is very frusrating since I am planning my wedding and I am expecting calls from officiants, dj's, and different things pertaning to it and I am afraid to answer any unknown number because of what I've been through.

I'm scared that they found out my parent's house number and call them now, harrassing them and now my parents are very upset. I put my number and parent's number on the "do not call list", but they still call. I am out of options, and I am in the process of sending a cease and desist letter to them.
