Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC Extortion--wants money from me that I do not owe Norfolk Virginia
This company keeps sending me letters and keeps calling me about an $18,644.72 for Wells Fargo Bank which I do not own. I need help with these bottom feeders who try to extort money from innocent people.
