I have been having a problem with the Royal Holiday Club over being ripped off, and what I see as an attempt to extort. I refuse to continually pay for srvices that I have not utilized in 13 years.
I have asked to have the fully paid contract cancelled. I no longer want to be in this clubs' ranks. They turned it over to Portfolio Associates. I am tired of being harassed by them, but I will not pay.
I want them to get their facts right, in this case. It probably means little to them , since they are in the ripp/extortio business with RHC.

File a complaint with illinois attorney General consumer protection. If they are
making threatening statments I would tape the call Contact a NaCA attorney in illinois
research the net you have rights under the Fair debt collection protection act.
What ever you do don't pay them file a complaint. do not give bank info ever
