this company calls day and night and no one there can tell me when or where this loan came from, can't show me my signature or tell me who made it. this is not my loan. I don't know who or how but this is not mine

First of all, STAY OFF THE PHONE!!
There is no reason to ever speak to a third party debt collector [bottomfeeder] on the phone. NEVER do this. It will never produce positive results for you and can only make things worse.
All you have to do is send a CEASE COMMUNICATIONS request under the provisions of the FDCPA. Send this by certified mail, return reciept requested. Be sure to put the certified# on the letter itself, and keep a copy for your records. Do not sign the letter, just print. This procedure is very important.
Also, in response to the "identity theft" response to your post, that is ridiculous. This is not identity theft at all. It is simply a case of a bottomfeeder who is engaging in an amateur attempt at skip tracing. They have absolutely no idea who the original debt belonged to. They are fishing.
Keep a detailed log of the calls which include the exact time and date of the call and exactly what the caller ID displayed. This can be turned over to the police to get a police report, and then to your phone co who will identify the callers to the police. Then you can take action. However, to do this, you will have to say that you are getting calls of a threatening nature, from an unknown caller. Say that you feel you are being stalked. That statement changes everything.
Go for criminal harassment / stalking charges against these fools! Felonies that bring jail time.
Never play nice with bottomfeeders. Most of them are desperate crackheads in need of another rock. Play hardball. Play for keeps.
And, when they violate your LEGAL request, you can sue them for up to $1000 punitive, plus costs. There are other remedies too.
Don't get mad, GET PAID!!
