Complaint Review: Portfolio Recovery Service Arrow Financialtransunion

I checked our credit report & found we had been reported for bad debts, from the mentioned companies. I sent letters to them (certified mail) letting them know we did not acknowledge the debts and ask for documentation that created the debt. no replies.

I also sent letter to transunion& copied them on letters to the mentioned companies, and ask them to remove this information from our file. Transunion replied by letter.(no verification available) However, they can't remove records from our files.

My husband had file bankruptcy 12-14 years ago but can't remember ever owing these people. What else can i do? any suggestions will be appreciated.
